1、单纯的信任比害怕的威信更重要。书中说：第56号教室之所以特别，不是因为它拥有了什么，反而是因为缺乏了某样东西——害怕。雷夫和我们大多数教师一样，最开始都认为要给下马威，这样才能树立教师的威信，这样孩子才会听话。记得自己初来常蒿路，学校领导任命我担任班主任，当时心情十分忐忑，因为没有任何经验，只能向同行请教，他们告诉我，当班主任首先要镇得住。所以，刚开始的时候，我基本上是板着一张脸上课，严肃的处理每一件事情。但后来发现这越来越不像我了，感觉我和之间的距离也越来越远，与我自己所想的教学差距也越来越大。后来我开始慢慢思考、慢慢学习，特别当我看了这本书，彻底明白：光镇的住是不行的。一方面，对他们严格要求是必须要做到的，另外一方面，要和孩子们互相信任。信任可以取代恐惧，信任可以让对你敞开心扉，这样处理问题也变得容易起来，这样大家才会都幸福！
2、教师的热情能点燃的基情。书中还有一点小细节非常打动我，那就是教师对于教学的热情，曾几何时我也认为我对教学是十分有热情的，因为我是真的爱这门职业而不仅仅是被迫的工作。可相比与雷夫，我却远远不够。书中有这样一个故事：一天在化学课上，一个女孩因为找不到灯芯，眼里噙着泪。为了让这个女孩有一次成功的实验，雷夫老师决定停下来帮助她。由于灯芯太小，所以雷夫老师将头靠的离酒精灯很近，由于太专注，连头发着了火都没有发觉……我非常感动于事后雷夫老师对于自己所说的话，“如果我能如此投入教学，甚至连头发着了火都没有注意到，那么我前进的方向就是正确的。”我想如果我们能像雷夫老师那样对教育全身心的投入，用教师的热情去点燃的基情，激发学习的原动力，那么我们也会创造教 育的奇迹。
3、教师原来可以这样好。本书的第三部分从各个学科入手，用一个一个的案例分析帮助我们明白：教学是一门艺术学科，不需要你自己的艺术天分有多强，但需要你付出更多的时间去研究。记得雷夫说：“我这个老师没有什么特别突出的创造力，于是，我决定给他们我能力范围内最宝贵的东西——时间。是啊，时间会让我们变得更好！在读完《加加看》这一章节后，我的感触是很多的，因为我也是一名数学教师，一直认为数学是严谨的，但似乎也是单调无味的，一直在思考上课过程中怎样才能让数学变得有趣味呢？这么长的时间以来它成了我最痛的伤。但是雷夫老师却做到了，他的们喜欢数学，热爱数学，会学数学，从不会把学习数学作为是一种负担，而是生活中的一种乐趣。这与雷夫老师精心投入设计每一个教学知识点，每一节教学内容是分不开的。他在教学中设计一个个孩子们感兴趣的游戏、学习专家们有效的方法，与孩子们一起设计考题以及探讨考试技巧，使得他的数学教学和孩子们的数学学习始终在轻松、愉快、高效的氛围中完成。一直想他是怎么做到的？我不是也很努力了吗？时间基本上就花在了教学上啊！可和他相比，简直是小巫见大巫。因为他基本上贡献了自己的全部时间：他每天在校工作时间十多个小时，早上6：30到下午6：00，每周两个通宵工作的日子，每个周末从上午11点钟到下午2点钟一直工作，假日中的每一天都在无偿地教……他的这种无偿行为无不让人为之感动与钦佩。这让我明白：“教师原来可以这样来当，原来可以做得这样好！”
总之，这本书需要我们细心研读，慢慢消化；需要我们在今后的教学中不断探索、反思；需要我们拿出更多的精力去研究、总结。这样我们也可以做得这样好，因为我们都有一个教室！一个注定不一样的教室！一个孩子们将来心中向往的地方！
