二、以语篇为基础,扩大词汇量,进行写作的基础训练在一轮复习阶段的阅读以课本阅读材料为主,后来为了弥补课本阅读量的不足,我们还精选泛读材料——《英语周报》,因为报上的文章比较新,时代气息浓,篇幅多。每期精选一两篇为精读材料,两三篇为泛读材料。在平时复习词汇的过程中,不失时机地由新翻旧,以旧带新,透过形近、义近、同义、反义、固定搭配等手段串联起超多有用的词汇,让从纵向、横向及各个方面将词汇的雪球滚大。们给我的这种复习方法起了一个时尚的名字“单词总动员”。对于所有精泛读材料中碰到的生词,要求摘录下来,我再采取必要的手段,如听写或再现认读的方式进行检查,以扩大的词汇量。
反思二:在阅读教学过程中遵循精泛结合,精少泛多,精泛有序的原则。在教材的基础上,精选泛读材料,以巩固和拓宽语言知识,逐步培养独立阅读能力,为后期阅读、写作能力的提升打下扎实的基础。
三、加强写作训练,合理安排综合训练对于写作,在写的过程中,给予合理的指导,对有明确的要求:1)繁简适度2)有闪光点,要有较高级词汇和较复杂语言结构
3)层次分明,承上启下4)细读提示,写全要点5)书面干净,整齐,规范。反思三:作文批改要遵循'粗批,快改,及时发'的原则。否则,失去了时光好处,效果就不大了,同时让背诵范文,做好语言积累。
四、坚定“高三潜力还有很大提升空间”的信念。高三下学期是老师协助完成由知识向潜力转变的重要阶段,要坚信“高三 潜力还有很大提升空间”。这个阶段我们的策略是加强阅读理解的课堂限时训练,并重点讲评答题技巧,帮忙理解文章中的难句、长句,逐步引导对文章的理解走向思维正确的方向。完形填空部分一向都是进入高中以来的一大困惑,该部分不仅仅考查推理、运用语言的能力,还考查了的所学目标语的背景知识。我们就有意识地引导进入文章的语境中充当部分主角,根据上下文做出合理的选取,重点指导透过语篇正确理解字词的深层含义,因为脱离了语境,词汇就失去了生命,词义的正确理解和辨析在完形中举足轻重、不可忽视。
反思四:切不可臆断潜力早已定型,切不可把超多的时光浪费在语言知识点的反复讲解上,一定要在考前至少三个月,对进行综合能力提升的训练和指导。反思五:写作的教学要贯穿在高三全年教学始终,由词到句,由句成文,循序渐进。切不可在考前临时抱佛脚。总之,高三的教学应是环环相扣,一气呵成。最后,我认为今后要继续做到:充分发挥班级尖子生的作用,带动中下生,互帮互助,在解答好问同学的问题的同时,勿忘教室里还有许多不那么用心主动解决问题的,要用心给予他们帮忙。在今后的工作中提醒自我要不断的学习,了解高考动向。“多了解高考动态”是我要继续努力与坚持的。“前车之鉴,后事之师”,期望以后会更好!

三、作为英语教师的我们在施教过程中务必要做到以下几点: 首先,教师在教学的过程中首先要把握重、难点。我认为这是教学中对教师最起码的要求。如果无法很好的把握重难点,则会对重点知识的讲授蜻蜓点水,导致也无法分清重、难点。在学习的过程中把超多的时间花费在零散知识上,而忽视了重中之重。教师为了更好的把握重难点就要认真的研读教材,仔细研究教学参考,并且做好教学反思,从同学们的错误中反馈自己的失误,不断地摸索和探索。
其次,语法讲解必须要清楚,透彻。 再次,应加强的对话强度,鼓励不开口说英语的开口。 然后,在教学过程中应以为主体,这也是新课标的精髓所在。整个课堂是在开口说而不是老师在干巴巴的讲授,尤其是教材的最后一部分,阅读部分。要使同学们在默读的前提下做课本上要求的练习题,也能够确定几个话题,用英语进行讨论,锻炼他们用英文思考的潜力,运用所学语言的潜力。
最后,必须要了解,因材施教,只有了解了的知识结构,知识水平,学习特点之后,才能很好的教授。 总之,在今后教学中继续发扬优点,努力改正自己的不足。并且努力使掉队的重新跟上学习的进度,丰富而完善。
